HOME LOAN CONNECTION

Work with a lending partner.

As part of the financial assistance programs that we provide, CSL’s has helped many of our neighbors achieve their goal of buying a first time home. Our financial coaches can work with you to find options for home loans through the Missouri Housing Development Commission, or through Holy Rosary Credit Union . As a partner of the LISC Financial Opportunity Center ® program, we can also give you guidance on qualifying for a loan, budgeting, checking, saving and other banking services.

SAVINGS OPTIONS

Ways to save to buy a home.

The CSL coaching team can help you find options to save for a down payment and other expenses involved in buying a home. HUD-assisted families may be eligible for the Family Self-Sufficiency program which helps you use increases in earned income to save for a first time home purchase, or other housing and education goals. Plus, working with a financial coach, you’ll have access to budget management advice and tools to help you make room for savings.
